1.Flux is baked at 300-350℃ for 1~2hr before using; the surface of base metal is dry and without oil and rust before welding; 2.Remove rust, oil and water on base metal before welding; 3.When welding root pass on thick plate, adopting low voltage and ampere, welding slowly and welding through multipass is recommended. Preheating & interpass temperature 16-100℃. |
