Application:
Suitable for the welding in shipbuilding, bridge, structure, excavating machinery, also suitable for welding high current thick plate butt welding, fillet welding, and horizontal welding.
Characteristics:
1. On top of the added Si and Mn, also added enough Ti to be able to stabilize the arc, and make a fine grained arc transition, and with much less spatter and smoke;
2. Ti can make the weld bead with finer grain, and increase the toughness of the weld bead, which can performed well under high current.

Notes on usage:
1. Shielding gas:O₂ or 75%-80%Ar+O₂ mixed gas;
2.Interpass temperature: 135-165℃;
3.Must clean the slag before proceeding with multi-layer welding.
