Stainless Steel TIG Solid Wire
Low Carbon Stabilized Austenitic Alloy
Application:
For joining low carbon stabilized 19Cr-11Ni-Nb (SUS347) grade stainless austenitic steels commonly used in petrochemical facilities, pressure vessels, food and medical equipment, etc
Characteristics:
1. lncreased content of niobium decreases the likelihood of intergranular chromium carbide precipitation and therefore vulnerability to intergranular corrosion;
2.Stable arc.less spattering,good bead appearance.

Notes on usage:
1. Shielding gas: 100% Ar;
2.Shielding gas flow rate: 10-15 l/min;
3. Arc length should be kept between 1-3 mm;
4.Interpass temperature: ≤150℃;
5. Prior to welding, base metal surfaces should be cleaned of grease, oil and corrosion contamination;
6. Take proper protection against wind to prevent blowholes when welding outdoors.
