MIG Wire for Stainless Steel
(Austenitic-Ferritic Duplex Alloy)
Application:
For joining 25Cr type austenitic-ferritic duplex stainless steel alloys, such as SUS2507 used in petrochemical industry, marine engineering, etc.
Characteristics:
1. Weld deposits have an austenitic-ferritic (duplex) matrix with ferrite content as high as 40%. With pitting resistance equivalent(PRE) ≥40, the weld deposits have excellent corrosion resistance especially to pitting, crevice and stress corrosion cracking;
2. Excellent wire feedability, stable arc, less spattering, good bead appearance.
Polarity:
DC+
