Применение:
Suitable for welding of stainless steel in petrochemical industry, pressure vessel, low temperature storage tank, chemica fertilizer equipment, carbamide equipment, food processing equipment and etc,such as 18%Cr-12%Ni-2%Mo(SUS316L).

1. Deposited metal with excellent mechanical properties and corrosion resistance;
2. Added Mo to increase the high temperature creep properties and pitting resistance in halide atmosphere;

Замечания по использованию:
1. Shielding gas: 98% Ar + 2% O₂;
2.Shielding gas flow rate: 20-25 l/min;
3.Wire stick-out: 15-25 mm;
4. Interpass temperature: ≤150℃;
5. Prior to welding, base metal surfaces should be cleaned of grease, oil and corrosion contamination;
6. Take proper protection against wind to prevent blowholes when welding outdoors.
